Do you keep going in one position until you both come and then change?
or it takes a lot of positions and then people reach it?
and how long does the sex last?

1) One position.
2) He'll likely reach his climax before you.
3) Depends upon his experience. If he's a total n00b, it'll probably be a matter of seconds. Otherwise, two to five minutes is a realistic bell curve.
